Roles: Prospect, promote, and sell Luminations' services to local, regional, and global companies including Amazon, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Pfizer, Coty, and Panasonic. Oversee all client engagements ensuring quality, on-time service delivery, define project schedules and deliverables, attend all milestone meetings and project kick-offs, and mentor and supervise consultants and staff. Orchestrate all financial and administrative activities including proposla and collateral development. Recriut, inspire, and retain team.

  • Led new product pipeline development for global baby and kids, initiating first-ever continuous consumer closeness programs.
